How this works

Initial Consultation
We come to you. You show us what windows you'd like to have treated with new coverings and we measure each one by hand. We go over samples of the products you're interested in and you choose a few you'd like a quote for.

InstallationÂ
Once your order arrives, we come install your beautiful, new window coverings. We love to show off our customer's newly bedazzled windows and may ask to take photos or videos with your consent. You'll be shown exactly how they operate and taught the proper upkeep for the product you have.

Detailed bidÂ
Depending on what products you're interested in, you'll receive a few detailed bids for each product you'd like. You get to choose which works best for your home and your budget. Once you've selected one, I place your order.

Customer CareÂ
Sometimes stuff happens! Sometimes a blind or shade doesn't fit or was made incorrectly. Sometimes something breaks a week after installation. Don't be afraid to call and talk through it with us and we'll get you taken care of. You are our top priority!
There are so many products out there for you to choose from. Some are new and innovative options for ease and convenience, and sometimes they may be a little confusing. You may also be unsure of what window covering is the best fit for each room and each window.
